We offer a 100% reship on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
We also offer free replacements in cases of damage. However if you wish to claim a refund instead of a free replacement, there will be a $1.95 restocking fee.
Our Returns Policy time frame is 60 days from when an order arrives at your address. We want you to have more than enough time to decide if NanoGlance or Moptastic is for you.
New orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hrs of the payment being made. If a cancellation is requested after 12 hrs, we can only issue a full refund if the order hasn't been processed by our logistics team. If your order is being packaged at the time of cancellation, a $4.95 restocking fee will apply. Should a cancellation be requested after the item has been sent out, a refund can only be issued when the item is sent back and received by us.
If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address and the customer claims there was no delivery, we will consider the package stolen. As this is not in our control, there will be a $4.95 reshipment fee. If you would like to claim a refund, a $4.95 shipment fee and $1.95 restocking fee will be taken from your refund amount.
The customer is to report a defected, damaged item or sizing issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
Outside the 7 days, the item should be in the same condition as originally sent in order to qualify for a return.
The customer is responsible for putting the correct shipping address. If the item is returned due to a wrong address being input from the customer's side, there will be a $4.95 postage fee.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
